About Xactware
Xactware launched its European operations in July 2007 with a physical presence in the U.K. Following a year and a half of researching the unique needs of the U.K. and developing software solutions and services that meet those needs, its initial suite of software services for the European market became available in February 2009, beginning with the U.K., and is expected to provide significant value to the property insurance market.
In 1986, Xactware Solutions launched with Xactimate in the United States and Canada. The program helped contractors and insurance assessors estimate repairs much more quickly and accurately than they could ever before. Today, Xactware leads the North American property claims software market. In the United States, 15 of the country’s top 20 insurers rely on Xactware’s suite of services to streamline their operations; eight of the top 10 Canadian insurers utilize Xactware’s tools as well. In the United States, 80 percent of insurance repair contractors use Xactimate to prepare insurance estimates.
With innovative solutions and high rates of customer satisfaction, Xactware’s industry-leading comprehensive software tools and services provide unparalleled results. Since introducing its innovative claims assignment network in 1995, Xactware’s network has processed more than 20.1 million estimates representing more than £84 billion in claims cost.
In July 2006, Xactware joined the Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) family of companies as a wholly owned subsidiary.
